Who is it for?
Just about any business built around appointments. Salons, clinics and dentists, vets, gyms and studios, spa and wellness, lawyers, photographers, and anyone else who writes clients into a calendar. Whether you work solo or run a team, setup is just as simple.
Which platforms does it run on?
iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and a web portal. All three stay in real-time sync, so a booking you tap in on your phone shows up on your team's screen instantly. We're currently in Beta and live on both stores.
Can my clients book online themselves?
Yes. Clients can see your open slots and book any time of day through the web or the app, even when you're closed. The moment a booking lands, an automatic SMS confirmation goes out. You set your working days, appointment lengths and the buffer time between slots; the system does the rest. We break the flow down in the online booking link.
Does it actually reduce no-shows?
Most no-shows are simply forgotten appointments. Calemio sends automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead, and the client confirms or reschedules with one tap. You stop chasing people by hand, and the wasted slots drop noticeably. No magic, just what happens when reminders go out on time, every time.
What is Mio, and what does it do?
Mio is Calemio's AI assistant, and it runs your front desk. It books appointments, handles confirmations and follows up on no-shows. It speaks in plain language: say "book Mr. Demir for Tuesday at 2 PM" and it holds the slot, sends a registration form if the client is new or a confirmation if they already exist. Is my data safe? Is it KVKK and GDPR compliant?
Yes, security sits at the center from day one. Data is encrypted end to end with two-layer AES-256, both at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Thanks to a zero-knowledge architecture, no one but you can read your notes, not even the Calemio team. Calemio is KVKK- and GDPR-compliant by default (not a setting you switch on later), and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. There's more in security and data privacy.
I have several staff or locations. Is it a fit?
Yes, but let's separate two cases first. If you run several independent businesses (different brands, separate accounts), you open an isolated Business Account for each; their data never bleeds together, you switch between them in seconds from the badge in the top corner, and one subscription covers unlimited businesses. Connected branches of the same brand fall under the Pro plan: shared client records, transfers between branches, combined reporting, role-based permissions and commission tracking. Is there a free trial? How much does it cost?
We have a free plan that stays free forever (for individual use). On the paid plans, you get a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for a credit card.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel whenever I want?
No annual lock-in. You pay monthly and cancel in one click. We think a good product should earn its place every month, so we'd rather keep you by being useful than by holding you to a contract.
Can I bring over my old notebook or Excel file?
Yes. You can import a photo of your old notebook, or Excel (.xlsx) and PDF records. The AI reads the file with OCR and sorts it out: names, contacts and visit history match up automatically.
